Covid tests, sanitiser sponge beds & masks — Parliament’s monsoon session kicks off

The Parliament session will run for 18 days. MPs are expected to gets tested before attending the session. So far, 24 MPs have tested positive.

New Delhi: The first day of the Parliament’s Monsoon session and the one-day special session of the Delhi Assembly took place Monday amid a rising number of coronavirus cases in the country.

The Parliament session will run for 18 days, and all MPs have been asked to get themselves tested for Covid-19 before they join a session.
